Tug of War

It’s about two of my personalities, self-loathing (like having low confidence) and narcissism. They are co-existing with each other. In fact, my narcissism comes from/ is generated by my self-loathing personality.

On the right side, I used hands to show a state of hiding myself. My body is a little bit twisted and bloated (ugly and unappealing) and my face is covered by my hair. It means that I'm afraid to showcase myself as I hate myself sometime.


On the left side, there are a lot of eyes, and they are all mine. I hate the way I look at other people. I'm supercilious and always want to prove my superiority by comparing myself to others. My face can be seen clearly since I’m not afraid to show myself.

These two personalities are playing tug of war and I can never find a balance between them.
